Bought the original headband 1st but it made me hot and sweaty emailed them returned got refund pretty much straight away so then I ordered Snoozeband 2.0 with is lighter and miles better for me

I listen to audiobooks in bed and to not disturb my partner I need earphones. Two major problems, firstly I’m a side sleeper so earphones uncomfortable and secondly I have stupidly small ears that won’t tolerate earbuds. I got the head band version and it is brilliant. Crystal clear sound but can’t be heard externally, comfortable to wear even for a touch sensitive person like me. The speakers are very thin and do not press into ears at all. Links up to iPhone so your alarm plays through speakers and doesn’t wake partner, a little bonus. Highly recommend

Bought as a present for my wife who has trouble sleeping

My partners snoring was keeping me awake and ear plugs hurt my ears. The snooze band means I can listen to a podcast or music to help me drop off then go to sleep in comfort with the snoozeband on. Game changer!

I ordered as a present for my mum who suffers with her sleep. The courier delivered to the wrong address, but Snoozeband were prompt to reply to my email enquiry and were fantastic. They sent a replacement out which arrived super quick. Can't recommend enough!

My cousin recommended this as my sleep pattern was very disturbed. Once I tried this, I was back to sleep in no time. It connected very quickly to my phone, the timer is great, and very comfortable to wear.

Good sound quality and blocks out all light, definitely recommend if you have trouble sleeping due to noise or light.
Being able to move the integrated earphones to line up to your ears is great, and the buttons on the front of the mask are easy to find & use when the mask is on.
Velcro does get stuck in your hair, particularly if you tighten the band, but easily managed by overlapping the strap or tucking it in.
If you're thinking of getting one, do it!
